No refunds on cancelled orders
Once an order is placed and paid, it is final. If you cancel your order or policy for any reason, the amount paid will not be refunded, in full or in part.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all travel insurance policies and related services bought from EKTA Travel Group through this website, by phone, by email or at our office.
2. Why cancelled orders are not refunded
Your policy and certificate are issued straight after payment and may be used right away, for example in a visa application. For this reason, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, including when:
- You change your mind or no longer need the policy.
- Your trip is postponed, shortened or cancelled.
- Your visa application is approved, delayed or refused.
- You bought a policy elsewhere or bought more cover than you needed.
3. Mistakes in your details
If there is a mistake in your name, passport number or dates, contact us before your cover starts. Where possible we will correct the certificate. A correction is not a refund.
4. Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order because of a technical error, contact us with proof of payment and we will return the duplicate amount to the original payment method.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
