This website is operated by EKTA Travel Group, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (professional licence No. 1380080, commercial register No. 23399218, DCCI membership No. 53020). Our licensed activities are foreign tourism (outbound trips) and international travel insurance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy a policy. If you buy for other travelers, you confirm you are authorised to give their details and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Your information

You must give complete, accurate and truthful information, including passport and medical details where asked. Wrong or missing information may make your policy void or lead to a claim being refused. Check your certificate as soon as you receive it and tell us about any error straight away.

4. Policies and cover

Cover, limits, exclusions and conditions are set out in your policy certificate and policy wording, which take priority over any summary on this website. Prices and plan descriptions on the website are for information and may change before you buy.

5. Orders and payment

A policy is issued only after full payment is received. Prices are shown in the stated currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any bank or card charges.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Once an order is placed, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Policy verification

Each certificate carries a policy number and QR code that third parties may check on our verification page. You must not alter, copy or forge any certificate. Forged or altered documents will be reported to the authorities.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not try to access staff areas, other people's data or our systems without permission.
• Do not copy or reuse our content, logos or design without written consent.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to EKTA Travel Group or its licensors and is protected by law.

10. Liability

We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
